Getting closer to boarding a plane..

We met with the oncologist today and she seems very positive that Thomas will be approved for treatment in the States.  The approval process takes about two weeks so we are in another waiting game. Tentatively we are working on the basis that Thomas will be going out in three or four weeks, we are not quite sure who will be going with him as yet!

He is brighter day by day and doing well.

We are so sorry to hear that Thomas’s tumour didn’t respond to the chemotherapy treatment – but good news that the second operation went well. He looks great in the photos – really amazing. All sounding promising for the trip to USA for proton treatment – all fingers and toes crossed for a) the go ahead and b) successful treatment.
Lots of love to you all
